for an interview. Therefore everyone better to know to write a CV which can be highlighted your achieved
qualifications and details in the interview as well as get selected to the
interview. And also Judges judge with some plus points seeing the CV, how the
applicant’s neat is.
Before there
was a common format to write a CV, like
· Curriculum Vitae
The heading was this.
· Personal details
Name, contact details
& and relevant details to the subject.
· Educational qualifications
Using tables to describe
the achievements.
· Professional qualifications
No any standard format to
list the qualifications.
· Extra curricular activities
As educational &
professional qualifications it was listed.
· Obligation
· Date & Signature
But now the way
of writing CV is totally changed, but the structure is same as before one,
although there is not necessary to write the heading as Curriculum vitae.
So let’s in
to the topic, how to write a CV in modern way,
· Name and the contacts details
This should be the most
important thing. Normally the these details should be with the photo.
· Personal profile
As the older format there
should include the relevant detail to the subject.
· Professional Skills
· Educational Qualifications
· Training and Workshops
For professional
,educational and technical qualifications,
Ø The relevant qualifications should be
included pointwise and ordered latest to oldest.
Ø The details had better ,
Qualification/post
(Date) Institute/workplace in this format.
· Language Skills
Languages that applicant
can speak as well as write should be included with the levels like native, good, very good likewise.
· Extra curricular activities
As above mentioned in the
educational and professional qualifications, the format is same.
· Obligation
The obligation is to
prove the applicant’s details which are mentioned is true.
· Date & Signature
Although the
there is no special format to write a CV. It can be your own format. But only
thing you have to do is , the structure should sort latest to oldest.
